Z-1 How the security password works when user tries to do deletion or editing for a particular company in Muti-Comapny Screen?

Answer:

• In Multi Company Screen, if user clicks on Add to create a new company with a new data directory which does not have generated data files; in such case, the system will not prompt the user to key in password. But,if user click on edit or delete for an exiting company that it's data directory contains data files; in this case, the system will prompt the user to enter password before he can do editing or deletion for that company. This security feature is used to protect from unauthorized users illegally delete or edit the company name and data directory.

Z-2 How to enable the system to allow users to edit data for previouse year database after year-end processing is done?

Answer:

• After year-end processing, by default the system will automatically block users to edit data for previouse year database.

• To enable the system on allowing users to edit previous year database, go to Boss Menu uncheck the checkbox of View Data Only, then click on Apply.

Z-3 How many transaction can be entered in trial version?

Answer:

• Transactions that can be entered are limit to 500 for trial version.
