Add Employee Wizard 1. Go to Wizard > Add Employee Wizard 2. If users do noy wish to see the introduction screen at next time wizard launch, tick the checkbox "Don't show this introduction page again" located below of the screen. 3. To get started with adding new wmployee, click [Next]. 4. all field marked with res astrisk "*" are mandatory. 5. Enter the employee number, name and I/C number, fill in the remaining information such as EPF and then click [Next]. 6. Residential details shall be made optional as it remain for reference purposes. 7. Marital Sattus, Child Relief Point and Spouse Working option shall be carefully entered for it will affect system PCB calculation.
9. Click [Next] to proceed to next steps. 10. Key in commences dat and basic salary amount and then clicks [Next] for employment detail entry. 11. Key in all allowance and deduction amount whichever applicable and then click [Next] to save the new employee information. 12. User may choose to continue enter new employee by click on the [Enter another Enployee] button. Else, click [Exit] to exit add new employee wizard. |
