2. New KPI
In UBS Accounting 9 Version 4 we have introduced the following new KPI in dashboard, namely:-
- AR Aging
- We’ve break down the AR aging into 6 months and 12 months aging. At a glance you are able to gauge how many months have most of your customer outstanding aged and its respective ratio against the total outstanding. You can know instantly which the areas focus on collection are.
- Debtor/Customer Outstanding Analysis
- Debtors with outstanding exceeding 3 months:
- This is another way to analyze your debtors’ outstanding. With this KPI, you can immediately identify who are the customers that have owed you money for more than 3 months. The necessary action can be taken on this customer, for example on hold the customer, chase for payment and etc.
- Customer outstanding analysis:
- This gives you a bird-eye view on the collection status of your company. If most of the outstanding fall over 3 months. The collection process should be stringent to avoid outstanding go into bad debts
- Monthly collection by agent
- This gives you an overview of the agents’ performance pertaining to collecting debts. This to ensure that making sales, agents do take care of the collection as well.
- Monthly Sales vs. Collection
- This show the high level view of the company’s performance – receivable turnover. Receivables turnover is an indication of how quickly the company collects its account receivables over the sales made. Based on this we will able to foresee if company will run into huge debts.
