5. SMS Services (V2)
Terms and Conditions
- Only available in UBS:nine version 4.
- Only Malaysian mobile phone number supported.
- Internet connection.
- Only ASCII character supported.
- Limited to 160 character per SMS.
Subscription for SMS Service
- Agreement form (sign by partner / associate for authority to sell)
- Subscription form (from customer PO to dealer)
- Update credit balance
- Updated in mysagecover website
Usage
There are 5 SMS content type available for UBS Accounting System and 2 SMS content type for UBS Inventory & Billing System. Each of the content refers to different usage and situation.

| Top 3 Overdue Creditor |
To send the top 3 overdue creditor information and value to a default mobile number. |
| Top 3 Overdue Debtor |
To send the top 3 overdue debtor information and value to a default mobile number. |
| Debtor Outstanding |
To send a reminder of outstanding value to related customer mobile number. |
| Debtors Exceeding Credit Limit |
To inform the customer abouot credit limit exceeded. |
